Chef Kato's featured Wagyu: Hida (Sirloin)

Teppan Kaiseki by Chef Katsuji Kato 

Hida-gyu or Hida beef is a black-haired Japanese cattle breed raised in the Gifu prefecture. It is also known for its unique quality of having a beautiful and intense marbling pattern. 

  • Featured in the Teppan Kaiseki by Chef Katsuji Kato priced at Php 7,500++ or Php 8,225.22 nett.
  • Available for lunch and dinner.

Named after the Sakura season, Madai or Sea Bream, is a fish that ushers the season of Spring which offers delight in both the eyes and tongue.
