One Harmony Membership
One Harmony is a unique membership program that rewards you when you stay at Okura Hotels & Resorts, Nikko Hotels International or Hotel JAL City. No matter where you go in Japan or overseas, you can earn points and enjoy special services, benefits and awards — with no membership or annual fees.
In the name, ”One” of “One Harmony” means Okura Nikko Experience. The idea behind the name is to emphasize “harmony”, with all hotel staff working together to provide our customers with the highest levels of service.

Hotel Okura Manila Original Benefits
Hotel Original Benefits only apply to hotel stays reserved through Okura Nikko Hotels Reservation Center, official websites, or directly with a participating hotel. Benefits may be offered for stays reserved through travel agencies including online travel agencies at certain hotels or facilities. Please refer to the applicable hotels.
Early check-in, late check-out, and upgrade as stay benefits are subject to availability on the day of the arrival. Hotel original benefits may not be available depending upon conditions on the day.

Earning Points
Earn points whenever you stay and eat at participating hotels and restaurants.
- Points may be calculated differently subject to the hotel, facility, or plan/package. Please ask the Front Desk for information at the participating hotels and restaurants.
- Points are earned only for hotel stays reserved through Okura Nikko Hotels Reservation Centers, official websites, or directly with participating hotels.
- Please provide your Membership Number when making hotel reservations and present your Member Card during check-in. At restaurants, kindly present your Member Card when settling the bill.

Redeem your One Harmony Points for a variety of services and quality gift items.
Birthday Benefits
For the restaurant, please reserve at least 3 days in advance and mention that you want to redeem your birthday benefit.
Please always mention and present your Membership Card when you redeem your birthday benefit at the participating hotels.
