Nigiri sushi: salmon, tuna, mackerel, seared salmon with leek and miso sauce, seared mackerel with Saikyo miso sauce

Maki sushi: tempura miso maki, seared salmon and cream cheese maki, soft shell crab maki

Salad: seaweed and mango salad

Tempura: shrimp, kisu fish fillet, kakiage (assorted vegetables)

Fried/breaded: oysters, shrimp, tonkatsu (pork cutlet)

Hot pot: shabu shabu, sukiyaki

Grilled: yakitori, chicken yakitori with scallion, buta shioyaki, asparagus beef rolls, enoki beef rolls
