Experience the time-honored tradition of the Osechi Ryori, reimagined by our exceptional culinary team: Chef Keiichiro Fujino (Japanese Executive Chef), Chef Ikuma Sato (Japanese Specialty Sushi Chef), and Chef Katsuji Kato (Japanese Specialty Teppan Chef)
Traditionally served on New Year's Day, The Osechi Ryouri uses luxurious ingredients and lucky charms, with the hope and wishes to live another year of prosperity. The basic Osechi dishes consist of:
Otoso
(spiced medicinal sake)
Three kinds of "Iwaizakana" or celebratory dishes
(herring roe, black beans, and tazukuri)
Ozoni
(hearty soup with mochi)
Nijime
(simmered dishes)
These are plated in multi-layered boxes called "jubako". The reason why we plate the Osechi dishes in jubako comes from the idea of "layering felicity”.

- Pâté of wagyu beef and Kurobuta pork served with dried fig and mustard sauce

Terms and conditions
- The Osechi Ryouri's from Yamazato is not available for Dine-In
- Limited quantities only. Please make your reservation on or before the 15th of December 2024.
- Osechi sets will be released on the 31st of December 2024 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Yamazato (2nd floor of Hotel Okura Manila).
- Senior Citizen or PWD discounts/privileges shall not apply to "pre-contracted" party packages or bulk orders (eg. the Osechi Ryouri, Kigumi Festive Hampers, and Festive Pastry Boutique items).
- If the group of diners (minimum of 4 persons for the Osechi Ryouri) is composed entirely of senior citizens, all of whom present valid Senior Citizen IDs or proof of entitlement, each shall be entitled to the VAT exemption
- Not applicable in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or gift vouchers/certificates.
