The safety and well-being of our guests remain our top priority. We appreciate your support and cooperation.
• Practice social distancing – please maintain at least one (1) meter or three (3) feet distance from each other.
• A limited number of persons in our outlets and facilities will be observed.
• Guests are required to wear face masks in public spaces at all times within the hotel.
• Make-up room service is available upon request. Please turn on the Make-up Room sign in your room or inform the Front Desk of your preferred daily cleaning time.
• Kindly dispose used personal protective equipment (PPE) in the designated bins provided in your room.
For guests with confirmed bookings, the following procedures will apply:
• A valid Philippine-issued ID or passport is required upon check-in.
• Maximum number per guestroom: Maximum number of guests per room is three (3) adult guests. In excess of two (2) adults, an extra person fee will be charged. Extra person with bed only is charged at PHP 1,300.00+++ or PHP 1,596.79 net per person/night. Extra person with breakfast and bed is charged at PHP 2,400+++ or PHP 2,947.92 net per person/night.
• Child policy: Maximum of two (2) children are allowed per room. Children 0-12 years old are free of charge when staying in the room with two other adults. Extra bed charge is at PHP 1,300+++ or PHP 1,596.80 nett.
• Cancellation, modification, and no-show policy: Packages are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Failure to arrive at the hotel will result to no-show and will be charged for the whole stay duration. Rebooking and name changes are allowed at least 24 hours before the arrival date.
• Smoking policy: As per Philippine law, smoking is only allowed in our designated smoking area. Guests who wish to smoke may proceed to the Newport Grand Wing Casino located at the ground floor. A fee of PHP 15,000.00 nett will be applied if there is an indication of smoking inside the room.
• Incidental deposit policy: Incidental Deposit equivalent to PHP 5,000 nett per room, per night will be collected upon arrival. Incidental deposit is refundable upon check-out if unused.
A limited number of persons in our outlets and facilities will be observed for your safety. Reservation is highly encouraged for your convenience. Walk-in guests may be allowed, subject to availability. All checked-in guests must show their key cards and register. Lockers are available for your use.
For the use of the rooftop swimming pool and the fitness center, prior reservation of a time slot is required (maximum of 2 hours).

The fitness center is open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
For the use of the health club, prior reservation is required. The health club features a wet steam room, dry sauna room, and plunge pool.

Age guidelines on health club usage:
- Please be informed that children under 16 years old are not allowed to use the health club.
- Guests between 16 to 17 years of age may only use the steam, sauna, and plunge pool if accompanied by a parent or adult guardian aged 18 years and above.
Guidelines on the fitness center:
- All guests must wear appropriate sports apparel and footwear.
- Guests under 16 years old are not permitted to use the fitness center.
- Guests between 16 to 17 years of age may only use the fitness center if accompanied by a parent or adult guardian aged 18 years and above.
