From Miyazaki Prefecture to Manila, ARITA brings together the celebrated flavors and craftsmanship of one of Japan’s internationally recognized Wagyu producers through a limited three-day dining experience at Yawaragi.
Leading the showcase is the Grand Chef of Japanese Fine Dining of Okura Hotels & Resorts, Chef Tadashi Sawauchi, who will work side by side with Hotel Okura Manila and Yamazato Japanese Executive Chef Keiichiro Fujino to present a refined menu highlighting the richness and artistry of Arita Wagyu.
