Arita Wagyu is an award-winning premium Japanese wagyu from Miyazaki, Japan, recognized with a Gold Medal at the 2025 World Steak Challenge and raised using pure groundwater from Mt. Osuzu, pesticide-free feed, and stress-free care.
The exclusive dining event brings together Grand Chef Tadashi Sawauchi — a globally respected master of kaiseki cuisine with nearly 50 years of experience — and Executive Chef Keiichiro Fujino, known for his refined and authentic approach to Japanese dining in Manila.
Together, the chefs present a sophisticated showcase of craftsmanship, seasonality, and precision through an exceptional Japanese dining experience.
