Check-in time: 3:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM
Early arrivals and late departures
If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Early check-in from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM will be charged half-day rate and check-in earlier than 9:00 AM will be charged full day rate.
Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. Late check-out from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM will be charged half-day rate and check-out later than 6:00 PM will be charged a full day rate. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags at the Concierge Desk.
Maximum number of guests per room
The maximum number of guests per room is three (3) adult guests or two (2) adults and two (2) children up to 12 years of age. In excess of two (2) adults, an extra person fee will be charged. Extra person with bed only is charged at PHP 1,300.00+++ or PHP 1,596.79 nett per person/night. Extra person with breakfast and bed is charged at PHP 2,400+++ or PHP 2,947.92 nett per person/night.
Child policy
Maximum of two (2) children are allowed per room. Children up to 12 years of age are free of charge when staying in the room with two other adults. Extra person with bed only is charged at PHP 1,300.00+++ or PHP 1,596.79 nett per person/night.
Cancellation, modification, and no-show policy
Cancellation and modification requests must be supported by a written cancellation notice and must be emailed to reservations@hotelokuramanila.com 24 hours (local hotel time, GMT+8) prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation requests received later than 24 hours will incur one (1) night penalty charge. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as No-Show and will incur one (1) night penalty charge.
Rebooking is allowed at least 48 hours prior the arrival date, subject to availability.
Smoking policy
As per Philippine law, smoking is only allowed in our designated smoking area. Guests who wish to smoke may proceed to the Newport Grand Wing gaming floor located at the ground floor or at the SORA Rooftop smoking area located at the west side of the 11th floor.
Please be advised that a penalty charge of PHP 15,000 nett will apply if there is an indication of smoking inside the room. Thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.
Incidental deposit policy
Incidental Deposit equivalent to PHP 5,000 nett per room, per night will be collected upon arrival. Incidental deposit is refundable upon check-out if unused.
