Japanese Executive Chef Rinnosuke Mouri and his team at Yamazato are marking the Christmas season with a traditional multi-course Kaiseki Dinner.
Special ingredients to make your Christmas memorable include bluefin tuna, king crab, shrimp, oyster, Wagyu beef sirloin, and more. Available from December 22 to 25, 2020, the Christmas Kaiseki Dinner Course is P6,888++ per person, for a minimum order for two persons.

New Year special menu with Osechi Ryouri
With ingredients that symbolize good fortune, happiness, and long life, Osechi Ryouri is a time-honored Japanese culinary tradition shared between families at the beginning of the new year.
Start the year with delight as Yamazato introduces its first Osechi Ryouri Box showcasing seasonal produce prepared by Japanese Executive Chef Rinnosuke Mouri and his team.
Good for four persons, the Osechi Ryouri Set is offered at PHP 22,000 nett. Price is inclusive of 12% VAT, 10% service charge and applicable local taxes.
The Osechi boxes are limited and can be ordered only until December 15, 2020. Pre-payment is required before December 16, 2020 in order to confirm the order. Pickup is available on December 24, 2020, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hotel Okura Manila porte-cochère or at Yamazato, located at the second floor.

Enjoy a luxurious celebration menu with colorful Kaisen Chirashi Sushi Bento from Okura at Home.
Available from December 1 to 31, 2020, the bento selection includes braised duck breast, deep-fried chicken marinated in soy sauce, and seafood chirashi over Koshihikari rice: salmon, tuna, conger eel, shrimp, salmon roe and lotus root.
