Terms and conditions

  • The room rates are in Philippine currency per room per night and are inclusive of 10% service charge, 12% value added tax and 0.83% local government tax. 
  • Applicable to all direct (Hotel direct and Website) bookings. 
  • Rooms are subject to the hotel’s availability and allotment. 
  • Open to One Harmony Members and non-members. Packages are eligible for One Harmony point crediting. 
  • Three days advance booking is required. 
  • Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in from 9 am – 2 pm will be charged a day rate and check-in earlier than 9 am will be charged a full day rate based on BAR. 
  • The allowable occupancy is a maximum of (2) adults and two (2) children below 12 years of age or up to (3) adults (subject to corresponding charge). An extra person with bed only is charged at Php1,300.00+++ or Php 1,596.79 nett per person/night, an extra person with breakfast and bed is charged at Pph 2,400+++ or Php 2,947.92 nett per person/night. 
  • Yawaragi Buffet may be taken on either the arrival date or departure date. Taking the buffet before check-in is allowed if prepayment has been secured.
  •  Any unconsumed dining is not convertible to cash and cannot be used to pay room charges or any incidentals. 
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, programs, or discounts such as Senior citizen or PWD. DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-247451 Series of 2026.
  • Hotel Okura Manila reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue this offer at any time, without prior notice. 
Booking Process, Payment and Billing Arrangement 
  • Guests may avail of the package by calling or sending an email to hotel reservations or through the website at least three days prior to the arrival date. 
  • All bookings must be pre-paid prior to check-in. Reservations must be settled within 48 hours upon booking in all acceptable payment channels (Bank deposit, bank transfer, payment link). Non-guaranteed bookings will be automatically released in the system. 
  • For online bank transfers, kindly send us a screenshot of the payment receipt. Payment will be validated and confirmed prior to check-in.  
  • Preferred dining and reservation date and time must be provided during reservation.
