This May, whisky enthusiasts and fine dining aficionados are invited to an evening of exceptional pairing at Yamazato, the MICHELIN Selected Japanese fine dining restaurant of Hotel Okura Manila, as it presents The Dalmore Master Series on May 29, 2026.

For one night only, guests will experience a curated authentic Japanese six course menu led by Japanese Executive Chef Keiichiro Fujino at Yamazato’s main dining area, paired with distinguished expressions from The Dalmore, one of Scotland’s most respected single malt whisky houses. The collaboration highlights the harmony between refined Japanese cuisine and the depth and character of The Dalmore’s craftsmanship.
The evening’s whisky selection includes Dalmore 12, Dalmore 15, and Dalmore King Alexander III, each paired to complement the richness, spice, and layered notes of every pour.
The whisky pairing experience begins at 6:00 p.m. and is priced at Php 6,000++ per person. With limited seats available, guests are encouraged to reserve early for this intimate dining experience.
