Benefits may be offered for stays reserved through travel agencies including online travel agencies at certain hotels or facilities. Please refer to the applicable hotels.
Early check-in, late check-out, and upgrade as stay benefits are subject to availability on the day of the arrival. Plus-Pne Benefits may not be available depending upon conditions on the day.

- Please provide your Membership Number when making hotel reservations and present your Member Card during check-in. At restaurants, kindly present your Member Card when settling the bill.
