A seven-course French-Japanese collaboration headed by The Okura Prestige Bangkok’ Chef de Cuisine Gerard Villaret Horcajo of one Michelin-starred Elements inspired by Ciel Bleu joined by two (2) of Hotel Okura Manila’s own: Chef Keiichiro Fujino Japanese Executive Chef of Yamazato & Chef Vi Serrano a PCC - Bronze Winner and Pastry Chef of Hotel Okura Manila.

There will only be very limited seats at a maximum of 40 persons per night for both October 11 & 12. Tickets will be on a first come first serve basis.

A Night of Culinary Craftsmanship will be a 7-course seated dinner with wine pairing for each course. Each course will be presented and explained by each chef upon serving.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
The 7-course dinner has been uniquely curated for this event. Substitutions or alterations for the menu will not be accommodated.
